We offer a flexible refund policy: within 7 days of starting your first design task, you may request a no-questions-asked refund. After 7 days, due to the time, resources, and costs we have invested, including stock purchases, we are unable to offer a refund. However, you may still receive a pro-rated refund based on the remaining subscription period.

Please don’t worry about it. After your design is completed, you can pause your subscription at any time and restart it when you have new design needs. This ensures your subscription is fully utilized and avoids any unnecessary waste.

We recommend submitting your design requests through Tracup, as it offers excellent project management, document sharing, and progress tracking features. However, you may also submit your requests by sharing documents, sending hand-drawn wireframes via email, or recording a Loom video (ideal for those who prefer not to write detailed briefs). Sharing relevant links in Tracup will make collaboration even more efficient.

We use Figma for most UI/UX design requests, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient design iteration. For visual design tasks, we work with Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign to complete the designs.

Complex design projects will be broken down into smaller tasks during the implementation. Whether it’s a website, mobile app, or other types of UI/UX design work, you will receive specific deliverables every 24-48 hours to ensure the project progresses quickly and smoothly until it’s perfectly completed.

We understands the value of budgets for small and medium-sized enterprises, so we offer a flexible subscription pause option to accommodate your intermittent design needs. For example, if you have used the design service for 21 days, and then choose to pause, the billing cycle will stop, and you will retain the remaining 10 days of service, which can be resumed at any time in the future.

In most cases, design tasks are completed within two days. For more complex requirements, we ensure to deliver satisfactory results in phases within a reasonable timeframe.

The Startup Scheme offers 60 design hours per month, while the Standard and Premium Schemes allow you to submit 1-2 design requests concurrently, with no limits on design hours or the number of design requests. We promise that, regardless of the subscription plan you choose, each of your design requests will be handled efficiently, with high quality, and delivered in an orderly manner.

Good question! First, the annual salary and benefits of a full-time senior designer can exceed ¥300,000 RMB, and finding the right talent is not easy. More importantly, if the workload is not consistent, you may end up paying for their idle time. Our monthly subscription plans offer a high degree of flexibility, allowing you to pay only when you have projects, and pause the subscription when you don’t, ensuring that your resources are used as efficiently as possible. With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying your designer when you have work available for them.
